Vanya is a trader in the Semi-Detached House during some playthroughs. Otherwise, the area is occupied by a hostile group of survivors led by a trigger-happy woman named Bozena. He carries large amounts of Tobacco, Components, and Wood. He occasionally has a few Pure Alcohol which is a rare barter item.
