Dr. Sandu Jefimow is the resident doctor at the City Hospital who also acts as a trader. Bartering Medications or Bandages to him is considered a charitable act and will lift the spirits of some survivors. His barter inventory is small compared to other traders. Occasionally, he will have 1-3 Med Ingredients to trade.
